This is the Futaba HBC2B Battery Charger (model FUTM1805) for the Futaba 8FG or Super 12FG series radio systems. You can charge both transmitter and receiver at the same time or separately. The charger also has two red lights indicating when charging is complete (one for Tx and one for Rx).
