How to Track Your Order

  • Order Number: Please have your order number ready. This was sent to you in the confirmation email immediately after your purchase.
  • Email Address: You will also need the email address associated with your order.
  • Track Your Order: Enter your order number, email address, and phone number using this form and click the "Track Order" button.

Understanding Your Order Status

  • Order Received: This status indicates that your order has been successfully placed and received by our team. It's the first step in the processing of your order.
  • Processing: At this stage, your order is being prepared for shipment. This includes gathering the items, packing, and getting them ready for dispatch from the warehouse.
  • In Transit (with shipment date): Your order has been shipped and is now on its way to you. The 'shipment date' indicates when the order left the warehouse. 
  • Out for Delivery (with estimated delivery date): Your order is in the final stages of delivery. It is on a vehicle and en route to your specified delivery address. The 'estimated delivery date' provides a timeframe for when you can expect to receive your order.
  • Delivered: This final status confirms that your order has been successfully delivered to the address specified in your order.

Delivery Timeframes

At DSLRPros, we pride ourselves on efficient and reliable shipping. Here's what you can expect after placing your order:

  • Quick Dispatch: All orders are shipped within 24 hours when placed from Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on the next business day.
  • Weekend Orders: Purchases made over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. Please note, we do not ship or deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE shipping on select products, valid within the contiguous 48 United States.
  • Address Verification: Orders shipping to an address different from the billing address may require additional verification, potentially affecting the 24-hour shipping timeline.
  • Track Your Order: Once your order is shipped, we'll provide you with a tracking number to follow your package’s journey to you.
  • International Shipping: We offer worldwide shipping! International orders are subject to different rates and require wire payment due to security concerns. Please contact us at sales@dslrpros.com with your order details and shipping address for a custom quote. Note that international orders are subject to customs duties, taxes, and additional fees for which the purchaser is responsible.

How can I find my order number?

Your order number is provided in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. It can also be found in your account under 'My Orders' if you created an account at the time of purchase.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check your order's tracking status for any updates. If there are no recent updates or if the delivery timeframe has passed, contact our customer service team for assistance.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes to the delivery address. However, if you need to update your address, contact our customer service team immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.
